A family might enter through our Housing Voucher Program, find steady footing with down payment assistance, and one day be connected with a HUD-approved homeownership counseling partner who helps them buy a home of their own. That referral partner also helps them prepare for and sustain that home. Each step builds on the last, and because our programs are sustained by the generosity of individual and corporate donors, the very vouchers that keep the cycle turning are funded — a model of community uplift, rooted in faith and powered by the generosity of neighbors.
